The melodious voice of Jayati captivates and soothes the listener. In her repertoire are an entire gamut of compositions representing different genres from Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrulgeeti, Atulprasadi gaan, Rajanikanto gaan, Dwijendrageeti to Adhunik Bangla gaan.
Jayati is gifted with a unique voice. Her renditions have won her accolades and mesmerised audiences transcending geographical boundaries. She has more than ten solo albums and numerous assorted collections to her credit since launching her career as a singer not very long ago. This is a testament to her dedication and passion for music. She has established herself as a versatile singer and has won numerous awards including the prestigious Most Promising Singer – Rabindra Sangeet by Big Bangla Music Awards.
